Our Process

At Simply Balanced Solutions we understand that time is valuable. 

It may not show up on your financial reports or check registrar, but the time you spend on trying to get your head around your finances eats into time spent on other things. 

That is why we have a tried and true process for helping you stay balanced.

Step One

We meet to discover needs and goals.

This can be a challenge as no one really likes to discuss intimate details about money. However, Simply Balanced Solutions has been offering our services for over a decade. 

As assets to our clients, we aim to ensure that we are not only keeping the information we need to help them private and secure, we understand and appreciate the delicacy of the situation. 

Your confidence and confidentiality are our top-most priority. 

We begin with an initial meeting to ensure that all questions are answered, up front, before moving forward. Our second action is another meeting to discuss the Solutions best suited to your needs.

Once both of these (100% FREE) meetings are done, we can move forward!

Step Two

We get organized.

After signing the Engagement Agreement, we get to work!

Depending on the Solutions you need, a major component is usually ensuring that we can access the documents we need that may (or may not) have been filed away. 

With your needs in mind, we create a system that ensures that future documentation is placed in a safe, secured place that makes our job -and yours- so much easier! 

While the Shoebox Method may have worked in the past, Simply Balanced Solutions aims to keep you organized in the present, so you can plan for your future. 


Step Three

​We get balanced.

Once the paperwork is all set, we ensure everything is handled in a timely and professional manner.

For Solutions with Bill Pay, all payments from mortgage to credit cards are scheduled to ensure:
  • On-time payments
  • No more late fees
  • Less stress

For Solutions with Records and/or Reporting, we ensure:
  • Information is digitized and accessible
  • Provided to the interested parties
  • Handled to ensure your financial team has everything they need.

Regardless of your situation, Simply Balanced Solutions takes care of everything. 

Step Four

​We get paid.

Lastly, when the books are balanced and everything is all set, we invoice to give you a full summary of our activity for your accounts. 

We accept several forms of payments, including:
  • Checks
  • ACH/Direct Deposit
  • Credit Cards (additional fees apply)

​No matter your preference, we have options available for you!

Rinse & Repeat

That's everything! We repeat this process each month of our Engagement Agreement to keep you balanced!
