We will sift through the paper and the reports to determine who is a creditor and who is not. We will determine the bills that need to be paid and maintain a record of the payment for later documentation.

There are real benefits to knowing what your responsibilities are when you take on the role of the Personal Representative or Trustee. It is very important to pay the correct amount from the correct account and to document what has been paid.
