Owner and Principal of Simply Balanced Solutions Jennifer recognized the need of individuals and their families managing their personal finances. Whether due to medical challenges, loss of a loved ones, or time constraints, financial related items were being overlooked. “Finances do not stop on account of life challenges. Your financial life is something that cannot be ignored and must be handled properly.” In response to the growing need, Jennifer felt uniquely qualified to help through her accounting expertise and her passion for helping people; thus Simply Balanced Solutions was created. |

Jennifer’s initial accounting career in public and corporate accounting provided the foundation of her expertise, organization and accountability which she continues to employ in all aspects of her professional life. |
Personal Interests

Jennifer was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida. She enjoys spending time with her family in her role as Wife, Mom, Daughter, and Granddaughter.
She lives in St. Petersburg with her husband Josh, son Jacob, and their Goldendoodles: Dunkin and Penny. Jennifer volunteers with Project Prosper, an organization that provides financial assistance to refugees and immigrants. While financial balance is important, personal balance is equally as important. To that end, Jennifer practices Tai Chi to maintain her personal balance. |

Associate DMM of Simply Balanced Solutions Maria Flores is bringing in over 15 years of experience in construction accounting and human resources. Her background provides a strong foundation in financial organization, compliance, payroll, and operational support particularly within fast-paced, detail-driven environments for CEOs and C-Suites. Maria proudly served four years in the United States Navy as a Sonar Technician, where she developed a strong sense of discipline, precision, and accountability that continues to guide her professional work today. She holds an associate’s degree in business administration and is a commissioned Public Notary. In addition to her professional role, Maria is a Crew Ambassador for Crew Collaborative, where she advocates for and promotes blue-collar trades, helping connect young professionals with meaningful and sustainable career opportunities in the construction industry and mentoring those individuals into ownership. Originally based in Atlanta, Maria recently relocated to Saint Petersburg, where she will continue to support clients with dependable, organized, and client-focused financial management services. She is passionate about helping individuals and small businesses gain clarity, confidence, and balance in their financial lives. |
