At Simply Balanced Solutions, we help seniors, busy professionals, and individuals navigating big life changes to stay on top of their day-to-day finances. Our mission is to bring organization, peace of mind, and a sense of independence to every client we serve. The Daily Money Manager role is a very special position. It’s part personal finance management, part client support, and part advocacy. Some days, you’ll help a "solo-ager" pay her bills and organize her records. Other days, you might be setting up a budget for a professional couple or preparing documents for tax season. No two days are ever the same—and that’s part of what makes this work rewarding. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and most importantly, trustworthy. Our clients rely on us to handle their finances with the utmost care and discretion. Integrity isn’t just a nice-to-have—it’s the foundation of everything we do. Here at Simply Balanced Solutions we ease our clients’ financial stresses through organization and day-to-day financial management. We are a daily money management firm based in St. Petersburg and operating throughout the Tampa Bay Area. We provide personal financial management to seniors and busy professionals. We are looking to hire a Daily Money Manager to service clients in the Tampa Bay area.
As a daily money manager, no two days - or clients - are alike. One day you might be helping a recent solo-ager pay bills. The next day you might be developing a spending plan for a busy professional couple. On the third day you might be organizing tax documents to send to a CPA. The variety of work allows you to establish a flexible work schedule that meets your needs, while still remaining mindful of time-sensitive deadlines. Every day, you’ll help protect people from financial harm, restore their confidence, and support their independence.
This is a 25-30 hr/week job, weekday hours.

Requirements
- You must live in Pinellas County to qualify for this position.
- Our daily money managers serve clients within a 30-45 minute drive from their home. Some work will be performed in the daily money manager's home office.
- You must submit your resume, complete the questionnaire and submit a video.
- You should have great interpersonal skills, desire to work closely with your clients, and the skills to manage an engagement independently.
- You should be comfortable using PC-based (Office 365) and web-based applications.
- You must have a solid financial background with strong Excel skills.
- A car, valid driver's license, and valid auto insurance is required.
- Knowledge of Quicken and/or QuickBooks is preferable.
