Our Process |
Throughout our entire Engagement, your information remains confidential - 100%. Full stop.
All of our clients will designate an "Other Trusted Person" or a "Power of Attorney" during setup. Only these individuals will be involved, as needed, based on individual circumstances. Any communication of client information is held to the standards agreed to by the client and/or in our Engagement Agreement. In the event of a "a phone call is necessary to sort out the matter", for example an issue arising during our Bill Pay solution, we will contact the company together, with our client. The client would authorize Simply Balanced to assist, and then be a part of the process as they desire or are required. We'll handle the call and provide next steps. Last but not least, we take proactive steps to keep Personal Identifiable Information (PII) secure throughout our full Engagement.
